1. Purchase at mustang.dk

The purchase is valid the moment you receive an order confirmation from Mustang International ApS

Reservations are taken regarding price errors due to currency changes, war, terror, nature disasters, force majeure, failure in delivery, sold out products, tax changes and typing error.

Reservations are taken regarding sold out products and longer delivery time from our suppliers. Regarding products either sold out or discontinued: we send an e-mail or contact you directly on phone. The same happens if the delivery time is prolonged on the products.

2. Prices

All prices are in DKK inclusive 25 % danish tax. You are able to see the prices in EUR on each product. All items are sold in DKK though.
If you live in another EU country and if you have a valid Tax number, you are able to shop without danish taxes (EU trade)
If you live outside EU, you will not pay danish taxes. In these cases the tax will be deducted when we draw from your card.

3. General sale

The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price. Products for pickup are invoiced at the applicable price on the time of ordering.

4. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an already confirmed order it is possible. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@mustang.dk writing “cancel” and order number in subject. You must write time of order and order number. Have you received an order confirmation per e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text “Cancellation” inserted in the subject text. The cancellation should be done before 16 PM the same day as ordered or if ordered later than this before 14 PM the next day.

6. Payment

Ways to pay are as minimum:

  • Dankort (only Denmak)
  • Visa
  • Bank transfer
  • MasterCard
  • By appointment

The payment methode: “By appointment” can only be used if you have an agreement with Mustang International.

7. If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days of return when ordering online. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you:

1. have received your purchase

2. receive the last item in case one order is delivered in several items

3. receive the last part in case one order is delivered in several parts

You must within 14 days of receipt inform us that you wish to return your purchase. The informations must be written in mail or similar way. In your message you must state clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are also able to use our returnform and send it with the order. You can not regret by simply refuse to receive the order without informing us beforehand.

You lose your right to cancellation and return if you break the seal or open any item which is not ment to be opened due to health or hygiene reasons. This also applies to grooming products and shampoos.

Please note! Right of cancellation and return is suspended for any bespoke products and items that has been individually made for you in case the production or fitting has started. The production or fitting starts by receipt of order and the right to cancellation is thereby suspended at that time. This also applies to embroidery made by your order.

Your order must be returned to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after informing us your with to cancel. The customer must pay for any cost in connection with return of the order.

The customer holds the risk regarding the return and the customer is responsible for packing the goods in a secure way so that the goods will return with no damage.

Condition of the item when you send it back:

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try on the goods the same way you would in a physical shop.

If the items have been tried on, in addition to explained above, we consider it used. That means that by return you will only receive a part of nothing of the amount depending on the commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You can try on the item but not use it.

Refund of the purchase amount

I you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same methode of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Due to their nature, certain goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to goods that fall outside the Post Nord conditions for parcels. Costs for return are expected to amount to approx. DKK 190.00.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order.
Please note that you will not get the delivery costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

What do I need to send with the return items?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. It is not a requirement, but the expedition goes faster.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

8. If there is something wrong with the product (warranty)


As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint, which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

The Purchase Act’s defect rules may apply.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

How quickly should I report?

You must report within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you send the item to us

When you return the item, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.

Please note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Should the product unexpectedly break during the complaint period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer’s workshop. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross abuse on the part of the user is not covered by the right of complaint. This also includes changing the supplied amperage to any relevant component. Mustang International cannot be held responsible for lost data and other indirect consequential damages that goods sold by Mustang International may have caused, unless it follows directly from Danish legislation. Reference is also made to the Purchase Act for procedures regarding complaints.

9. Returned goods that do not contain defect

When the customer returns defective or incorrect goods to Mustang International, where a fault or defect, defined and indicated by the customer, is not found, the goods will be returned to the customer including a test fee of DKK 300. per half hour. The test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting. Mustang International reserves the right to charge this fee and shipping costs prepaid, if there is no credit agreement. If accessories are sent, the number and product description must be included. Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the time of purchase for the complained about product, as otherwise the goods will be stored until a copy of the invoice is available and possibly error description on the product. Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and that are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to our costs for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.

10. Safe and secure return

All products returned to Mustang International must be securely wrapped. Damage as a result of defective packaging may cause your rights to expire. Mustang International recommends that the item be returned via Post Nord or GLS and that the item be sent as parcel post. In this way, it is possible to track the package in Post Nord or GLS system and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Mustang International. In addition, the customer has the option of calling for the package if delivery has not taken place. All products received from Mustang International wrapped in shock-absorbing material must, if returned, be wrapped in corresponding shock-absorbing material. If this is not done, the product may be damaged, which may result in the loss of your rights.

12. Special provisions for traders

The same sales conditions apply as for consumers, however with the following modification.

There is no right of withdrawal for traders.
Goods cannot be purchased as a private customer if the goods are ordered via a household registered as a company (company = business customer or institution).

There is a 1-year right of complaint from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year complaint period. Mustang International reserves the right of ownership of goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid.

1. All costs in connection with enforcement of the retention of title are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Interest accrues from the due date at 1.5% per started month.

14. What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at Mustang.dk, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Mustang.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director of Mustang.dk has access to the information registered about you.

We do not store customer information encrypted.

We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information submitted to Mustang.dk is in no way passed on or sold on to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

When signing up for the newsletter, we register your e-mail address. The e-mail address is not passed on to others.

As registered with Mustang.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Mustang.dk via e-mail: info@mustang.dk

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info@mustang.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission’s online complaints portal, which will however mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.
